ENGINE
1402cc air/oil-cooled, fuel injected, 4-cylinder engine with SACS and DOHC Long stroke (81.0 x 68.0mm bore x stroke) engine delivers large torque at low and mid range. The 34mm throttle bodies are equipped with the SDTV (Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve) fuel injection system for improved throttle response. Automatic fast idle system. Counter balance shaft reduces engine vibration. SCEM (Suzuki Composite Electro-Chemical) coated cylinders and high capacity oil cooler to improve durability.
CHASSIS
46mm inner tube cartridge design front forks with adjustable spring preload, rebound and compression damping Piggyback reservoir twin rear shocks with adjustable rebound and compression damping. Spring preload has a convenient dial-type hydraulic pressure adjuster Dual 320mm floating disc front brakes with aluminium six-piston calipers Single 260mm rear disc brake with two-piston caliper 120/70 ZR17 front tyre and wide 190/50 ZR17 rear tyre.
